Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina

For a 5 star hotel everything was excellent, I loved to be here. I was here for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. Lots of facilities like: climate control, a private safe and pay TV. The staff was polite, courteous, no complains at all.

Everything was simply perfect! I had facilities needed in my a double room, including a safe box, a mini fridge bar and a writing table.

They serve variety of meals, the food I tried was outstanding.

Overall clean hotel in a nice building just off the Puerto Cancun shopping centre with many shops and wonderful restaurants to visit, a shopping mall. Absolutely fabulous, really helpful staff, exceptionally good breakfast. The pool area is great too.

The hotel was spacious, immaculately clean and had marvellous breakfast. I truly enjoyed my tastefully decorated room, it was brand-new.

Mexican cuisine was served in the in-house restaurant. An incredibly beautiful hotel, my first choice in Cancun.

Fab location, unbelievable views, thorough staff. The beach was stunning. Also, superama bonampak was max 25 minutes walk to. A great selection of various drinks, such as wines and great cocktails in the bar. Plus, I was able to park my car on-site...

good service, helpful staff. i had the double room which was great value for money and air conditioned. relatively quiet location to a long-running flea market.

Uninspiring views.

It is well priced. Excellent breakfast, perfect services.

It had healthy food, delightful staff and strategic location. Location just off - Cancun and the party area. So many choices for breakfast: jam, hot waffles, hardboiled eggs and cheese.

I loved the classic-style building and my non-smoking room. They made my stay terrific.

I loved that hotel's lobby was good. Overall staff was funny. My room included terrace, WiFi and Nespresso coffee. Really great experience there.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I liked it. The accommodation was average budget, pool was good, beds were very comfy. Eggs, sausages, hot waffles, jam and butter were fresh and overall there was lots of food. The inviting room & luxurious bathroom.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, I loved it. Lots of supplies in the room: a mini bar, an individual safe and a coffee maker.

It was a deluxe hotel, we really loved everything. Before bed we went to champ & tartine for a nightcap, it's minutes from the property. Climate control, an individual safe and pay television inside the standard deluxe room were handy.

We enjoyed the staff and the food. Private parking on site was provided. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Cancun...
